100 Failed log in attempts
If a customer put wrong password 100 times, the system will automatically disable their account.

If a customer put wrong password 100 times, the system will automatically disable their account.

After we check account of the customer is disabled by putting the wrong password more than 100 times, we have to ask for information. As below to enable their account we need to ask following details
1. Username
2. Real name
3. Phone number (registered number)
4. Bank information (matched on real name)
5. Valid ID's
6. KYC
āļø IMPORTANT: After the customer has sent all the requested details and matched them with the system, we need to request to enable their account with our OPS GC.
