Allocate 15 minutes to pass on necessary actions, to-do lists, and cases that need to be escalated to the next shift. Before starting the work, discuss with teammates from the previous shift any cases or problems that are going on and any cases that need to be followed up.
Send hourly reports.
Before to end your shift, make sure you do not forget to send your Productivity report as your performance evaluation.
Shifting schedules. 12 Hours duty.
Please communicate with the players to resolve their issues and be able to resolve every chat being handled.
Ability to keep customers happy by being inclusive and understanding of excellent customer service within SLA time.
Ensure you address accordingly the concerns, and forward them to the designated Department.
Avoid Missed chats and maintain a good average CSAT percentage.
Familiarize yourself with the ongoing promotions of the handled platform.
Must provide an exceptional customer service experience for all of our Group 646, 291 & PH143 players by avoiding missed chats and making sure all inquiries are being handled properly.
