🔕Miss Chat Omitted

If the chat support makes a miss chat three or more times in a row for two days or more without a valid reason they are subjected to the following:

1st Offense	Incident Report
2nd Offense	Memo (Major offense = Performance issue)
3rd Offense	100 AED
4th Offense	200 AED
5th Offense	300 AED
6th Offense	400 AED
