Checking Missing Balance in Back Office.

To view the player's Missing Balance, go to "Cash Management," then "Balance Conversion." To locate the specific missing balance of the player you want to look at. Input the player's username into the "Username" field. Finally, click "Inquire".

Current Turnover & Target Turnover.

• When you already click "Inquiry", The information about the player you've searched is going to appear.

Failed - It means the balance is stuck on the game provider. Success- It means all the balance is not missing.
