Step-by-step process on user side. (Password Reset)

First inform them to go to our website and click on the "Login" button.

Click on "I FORGOT PASSWORD".

Enter the registration number and tell not to put "0" on the phone number. Then, Enter the verification code. The verification code will be sent to the cell phone number you used to register. If the player is unable to receive the verification code, please suggest to do clear cache. If it still doesn't work, you can check if their account on B.O is enabled or disabled, because if the account is disabled, they won't be able to receive the verification code.

Step 4

Inform users to wait for a verification code, then once received, they may now Create a New Password.

Once they have reset their password, remind them to Refresh and to Log-in again.

If player forgot his/her username

If a player forgets their username, they will need to contact customer service to submit a valid ID, registered number and some information such as the date of registration and last login before customer service will give the username of the player.

If player forgot his/her Registered Number

If a player forgets their registration number, they will need to contact customer service to submit a valid ID, username and some information such as the date of registration and last login before customer service will provide the registered number of player.

The player's valid identification should match his/her "real name" or the name on the "Bank Card Management".

FYI : if a customer put wrong password 100 times, the system will automatically disable their account. So customers will contact CS for help.

On Member operation log, you can see how many failed log in attempts the customer did.
