📩Sending Hourly Report

How to check missed chats. It is important as customers service knows how to check missed chats, because it includes in hourly reports.

Click Reports, click Chats, click Missed Chats, and you can filter the agents you used in the live chat and select the date. You will see in the center of the live chat, '0' missed chats.

But for this examples it has a MISSED CHATS that indicates '5' you can send report like this include the following;

• Sreenshots of missed chats should be like the photo indicated as above.

• Time and Agent name.

• CHAT ID (Ex. RT8YZTYXLX)

• Concern : Withdrawal (category concern of the player)

• Reason: (Reasons of missed chats)

• And this will be sent to Hourly report GC
