1 : You can show/hide the visitors who are visiting . 2 : You can show/hide visitors in the chatbot . 3 : You can show/hide visitors who are not in charge . * Available for use with administrative privileges or higher . 4 : Chats in progress are displayed for each status 5 : Visitor details are displayed. *The information entered by the visitor when starting the chat and the information edited directly from the management screen will be displayed. 6 : Displays the OS and browser used by the visitor . 7 : Score will be displayed.
8 : Click to display a confirmation screen and end the currently selected chat .
9 : Displays the title of the page the visitor is currently on .
10 : The referrer (URL of the page you were viewing just before) is displayed.
11 : Tags set for the visitor are displayed.
12 : The memo set for the visitor will be displayed.
13 : Displays the name of the person in charge who is currently handling the visitor .
14 : Displays the name of the person in charge who is currently handling the visitor .
15 : The content of the chat currently in progress is displayed.
16 : You can set a preset category from the pulldown. *For more information on category settings, please see " Category settings " and " How to use categories " on this page .
17 : Click to display the knowledge base . * This feature is available for premium plans and above . For more information on how to use the knowledge base, please see this page " Knowledge Base ".
18 : Click to display past history with the corresponding chat visitor .
19 : “Other menu” button . When you click, menus 22 to 27 will be displayed.
20 : Check this to set the chat sending method .
21 : Click to edit tags and notes for the chat . *For more information about tags and memos, please see this page " Tags and Memos ."
22 : Click to display a confirmation screen and end the currently selected chat .
23 : Click to display the ticket creation screen for the currently selected chat .
24 : Click to pause the currently selected chat . 25 : Click to display chat agents who can transfer the chat . *For more information about transferring chats, please see this page " Transferring chats." 26 : Click to upload a file to the chat screen .
27 : Click to prevent future chats from being displayed to visitors of the currently selected chat . *Chat hiding can also be set individually from the visitor page. For more information, please see the " User Block" page .
