📌How to use tag and memo

Here is the guide how to use Tag and Memo

Once you click the customer's chat. Below the URL, you will see a tag price icon. The "note pad" icon is shown underneath the tag price icon. Click the Tag price icon or the Note Pad symbol to add the Tag and Memo. After entering the tag and memo, click the "update" button.
