LATE
Inform your TL ahead of time. depending on the reason the sanction varies. It can be a verbal warning up to a serious fine to termination.
ABSENT
Present a medical certificate.
If no MC can be presented, you must inform your TL's a day before or at least 5 hrs before your shift.
Send proof. (Pic, Video)
Combos are not allowed. (e.g., off-absent, absent-off, leave-absent etc, salary day-absent)
For emergency purposes and things that cannot be avoided, please read and follow 1, 2 and 3.

NO valid reason will be considered for doing an awol.
