You can search for a member's account information through Member Management.

Members Account

Enter the player's "Username" or the player's "Registered Phone Number" and click "Search". Then you will see the player's account details if the player is Registered, Enabled/Disabled and their Login logs and Registration Dates.

Members General Information

Next, if you want full Account details, simply click on the member account number (username) and it will lead you to the member's general information sections.

This includes DEPOSIT/WITHDRAWAL HISTORY, PASSWORD RESETS, BETTING INQUIRES, CASH FLOW, BANK INFORMATION, LOG-IN LOGS and much more.
