➰How to follow up withdrawal

If the player's withdrawal status is almost an hour delayed, you can follow up on it in the Finance GC.

Check the player's account's withdrawal status by going to "Cash Management" then click "Withdrawal Audit" and Input the "Username" of the player's then click "Inquiry".

Highlighted the player's withdrawal request and sent the screenshot of withdrawal request, username and amount to the Finance GC. Player can withdraw 20x per day
