❓When to ON/OFF chats

Before leaving your workplace, make sure to turn off the chats so that no chats will coming to your chat room.

You can close the chat only when you are going to Cr, during break time or when you have something to do in B.O and need time.

Before you leave the chat room, be sure to tell your workmates that you will be leaving the chat room. You can only close the chat if at least one person is online to accept it.

If you forget to close the chat, you may miss it. So always make sure that you have closed the chat before you leave your workplace.
