If you believe their request has been considerably delayed, please contact the finance team with their USERNAME, MERCHANT NAME, AMOUNT, and accompanying RECEIPT to follow up on their deposit.
The first you need to do is check the deposit of the player, Go to 'Cash Managament' then click the under of it which is the 'Recharger Management'. Input the username of the player. Next, Select the 'Range Date' and Lastly, the 'Transaction status'.
