On the Chat Plus management page, the status shown below will be displayed on the visitor screen. The display changes in real time, such as when transitioning from a chatbot to a chat.
How to check the status
Once the chat has started, the status will be displayed on the chat page. The chat page will be displayed by clicking "Chat" at the top of the management screen.
Chat display/hide settings
You can switch between displaying and hiding each chat by clicking on the red frame to the right of "visitor," "chat bot," and "person in charge." *"Person in charge" will be displayed when you log in with the authority of the highest administrator or administrator.
Meaning of ● color displayed in chat status
The "●" displayed in the chat status is an unread mark. It will disappear when selected. The color of the unread mark will change over the set time. The setting method is as follows.
